Fortunately (maybe, haha) getting in a workout a day is just second nature at this point in my life. I might modify but I typically am able to dedicate that time, even if I am kicking and screaming my way out of bed! Basically the only thing keeping me going was my own sense of pride in my work (which I know you also have!).
